National Assemblers provides professional assembly services to large retail stores across the country. We are looking for hardworking, honest, and dedicated individuals who want to be part of the best team in the industry.  

The ideal candidate would be able to work independently when given a job assignment; be responsible and dependable; able to work well with assemblers, Team Leaders, fellow teammates and store personnel; be flexible with changes that may occur during the work day; able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times; have excellent communication skills with assemblers, Team Leaders and store personnel. 

The ideal candidate:

        MUST have at least 1 YEAR Phone Sales phone sales experience with effective sales techniques

        Must have strong closing skills and be able to turn leads into sales

        Must be able to turn prospects into active customers

        Must be able to build relationships with customers and fellow team members

        Must be friendly and have a great phone voice

        Must have experience with internet and office software

        Must be able to multitask and be detail oriented to get the job done

        Must have internet access at home

 

This is a full time job, depending on time of year.  Compensation is base plus bonuses for meeting goals. Health benefits are available after 90 days and 401k and profit sharing after 1 year. Please include your resume with references.
